Under the existing model of public-private partnership between the state will invest exclusively in infrastructure development. Khloponin reminded that the JSC "Resorts of the North Caucasus, together with the French company Caisse des Depots et Consignations will create a management company whose mission is to closely monitor, manage investments in infrastructure. This company is clearly to manage projects, and to project documentation is planned to attract the most qualified contractors. Khloponin said that the French are willing to invest in a joint venture with Resorts of the North Caucasus "about two billion euros.
