In addition, the state information system created in the media, which is supposed to place relevant information about registered media, as well as their founders, editorial, editors, publishers, news agencies and so on. Creating such a system is carried out federal executive body authorized by the Russian government, and procedures for the operation, structure and conditions for the provision of information established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Russia.
