Senate Republicans this afternoon pushed through a plan of reorganization that eliminates surprise rewrite of 2011 a Democratic seat in West Virginia and creates sixth black majority district that is located between St. Petersburg and Danville. Democrats were surprised by the change, promising to oppose the new plan in court. so-called re-districting plan was woven in House-passed legislation technical adjustments to the districts of the delegates.
