Morocco's oldest political get together Istiqlal has elected former finance minister Nizar Baraka as its new chief, the get together stated on its web site.On Saturday, Baraka gained 924 votes, largely beating his predecessor as head of the get together Hamid Chabat, who secured 234 votes.
